GPTVOLUTION Desk terms

What you receive

GPTVOLUTION Desk is a personal licence for the Desk features at gptvolution.ai: named local conversations, browser history, custom instructions, model presets, and conversation exports. The licence has no recurring Desk fee.

You supply a compatible provider API key and pay that provider directly for model usage. Provider availability, models, prices, and limits are controlled by the provider.

Delivery and use

After a successful €15 card payment, Keychain displays your licence code and sends it to the payment email when email delivery is available. The code can reactivate Desk on your personal browsers. Keep it private; do not resell, publish, or share it as a public access key.

Desk stores conversation history in the browser where you use it. Clearing that browser’s site data removes the local history unless you exported it first.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing desk@gptvolution.ai. A refunded or disputed payment revokes the licence. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Service boundaries

Free chat, Desk, payment processors, hosting, and third-party AI providers can occasionally be unavailable. We maintain and improve the product, but do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular provider’s output. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to violate another person’s rights.

Changes and contact

We may improve Desk while preserving the core one-time workspace licence. Material changes will be posted here. Greek law applies where legally permitted; mandatory local consumer protections remain unaffected.
